Sami leads the operational and delivery functions across RCS’s construction and infrastructure projects, overseeing complex programmes from initial planning through to completion. His expertise spans safety-critical, high-value, and live operational environments, where precision, pace, and governance are essential to maintaining continuity and compliance.

With a background in both strategic management and hands-on delivery, Sami has developed a reputation for bringing order and commercial clarity to some of the UK’s most demanding projects. His experience extends across blue-chip and premium residential portfolios, working closely with London’s leading agents and property groups such as Savills, Dexters, and Knight Frank.

Sami has also led the development and implementation of internal delivery standards across ISO frameworks, CDM compliance, contract administration, and construction management. His leadership ensures that project teams operate with technical rigour and clear accountability, enabling RCS to deliver consistent value and excellence across its client base.

Prior to his current role, Sami spent over 15 years leading operations within construction and reactive maintenance, delivering thousands of projects annually across complex client estates. His focus remains on building systems, teams, and processes that enable efficiency, safety, and exceptional client outcomes.
