Kevin works in some of our most complex client environments and led the development of RCS’s ‘Options Appraisal’ methodology, in conjunction with Loughborough University and other leading minds in RAAC. Kevin's work challenges the mainstream preference engineering mindset and has led to £multi-million pound savings for a wide range of private and public sector clients.

Prior to his work on RAAC, he spent 20 years building and leading high-performing professional service firms and teams, working with clients globally across a wide range of sectors. As a COO, Professional Services Director and award-winning Big-4 consultant, he has a demonstrable track record of creating and implementing world-class methodologies for complex and multi-faceted problems.

Kevin was co-founder and COO of a business and technology consulting firm that achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction and growth in its global ecosystem.
