Dr Pete Winslow MEng PhD CEng FICE MIStructE

Pete is a Chartered Structural Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, with a focus on engineering-led strategic advice to drive efficiency and effectiveness in infrastructure and construction. He holds an MEng and PhD from Cambridge University, and has deep expertise in lean design, bringing research into practice, and working across the construction industry value chain to deliver innovation - particularly for ubiquitous materials such as steel and concrete. Pete sits on the i3P Delivery Leadership Group, chairs the IStructE Research Panel, and co-chairs the Infrastructure Client Group Concrete Accelerator.

Alongside his advisory role at RCS, he is a board director at Expedition Engineering. He provides strategic engineering advice to a wide range of clients and collaborators, as diverse as the DfT, Innovate UK, DESNZ, Costain, Skanska, Laing O'Rourke, as well as major asset owners such as National Highways, HS2, Network Rail, Environment Agency and the Department for Education.
